Changes to the ACT Health Records (Privacy & Access) ACT 1997
The ACT Health Chief Executive, Dr Peggy Brown has released a document regarding the recent changes to ACT Health Records (Privacy & Access) Act 1997 arising from the GP Taskforce Final Report following the closure of a number of GP practices in the ACT last year.
These changes will take effect on 1 October 2010.
