The Education and Training Programs of the College are central to its activity. The College has two such programs: the Radiology Training Program, the Radiation Oncology Training Program for medical graduates wishing to obtain a specialist qualification.

The training programs are developed by the Education Board in Radiology and Radiation Oncology who are also responsible for the final assessments and examinations that lead to Fellowship of the College.

Special Projects

From time to time, the College undertakes Special Projects in education and training.

The Curriculum Development Project is an initiative of the Education Boards and is aimed at developing and disseminating a curriculum for Radiology and Radiation Oncology. The project will run over two years.

The Principles of Training Programs Project is an initiative of the Education Boards and aims to identify the core elements of training programs that should be available to all trainees. This project will run over one year.
