The Faculty believes that its' trainees are integral to the future of
the profession and to ensure that their views are incorporated into decision-making,
the Junior Forum was established to enable a guaranteed position for trainees
and Junior Fellows on key decision-making bodies.
There are Junior Forum representatives on the Faculty Board, Education
Board and Research Committee. These are all elected positions. Each representative
provides regular reports on training and may raise issues on behalf of
trainees within these important boards and committees.
