From time to time, the College undertakes major initiatives in the area of education and training.

There are two such major projects which commenced in 2004.

The Curriculum Development Project is an initiative of the Education Boards and is aimed at developing and disseminating a curriculum for Radiology and Radiation Oncology. The project will run over two years.

The Principles of Training Programs Project is an initiative of the Education Boards and aims to identify the core elements of training programs that should be available to all trainees. This project will run over one year.
