Post Fellowship Education Committee (PFEC)

Terms of Reference

The Post-Fellowship Education Committee is responsible for developing policies to promote life-long professional learning.

It is the vehicle for supporting the on-going skill and knowledge development of Radiation Oncologists throughout their careers within the Faculty.

Specifically, this involves:

  • Championing a commitment to Continuing Professional Development by making improvements to and overseeing the CME program; and advising the Faculty Board on issues related to revalidation.

  • Developing, encouraging and sourcing additional education activities for Fellows.

  • Establishing relationships with groups and organizations with shared objectives.

  • Functioning as the ASM scientific sub-committee to oversee the educational content of the meeting.
