Basic Sciences in Oncology Course (BSOC)

The BSOC has been designed to support current best practice, and teaches around core skills and competencies in oncology.  Anatomy, physics, biology, and critical appraisal are addressed and linked to clinical practice as part of the curriculum. The course is divided into the following key content areas:

  • Radiobiology
  • Communications
  • Research and Evidenced Based Medicine
  • Palliative Medicine
  • Clinical Pharmacology
  • Physics
  • Anatomy
  • Cancer Biology
