The Faculty of Radiation Oncology is excited to announce that the 11th Biennial Paediatric Radiation Oncology Course will be held in Sydney from Friday 24 - Saturday 25 March 2017. This biennial event was last held in Brisbane in 2015, hosting 98 delegates and lecturers from Australia, New Zealand and Singapore to great success.
This two-day course will be a fantastic opportunity for trainees to gain exposure in paediatric oncology, the differences in treatment of this population compared with adults and the unique survivorship issues they may encounter. The program includes both lectures and small group practical teaching and planning sessions. Speakers will include A/Prof Shannon MacDonald, Radiation Oncologist from Massachusetts General Hospital Boston and members of the RANZCR Paediatric Special Interest Group.
The course is suitable for radiation oncology trainees, paediatric oncologists and trainees, radiation therapists, nurses and Fellows who wish to review and refresh their knowledge.
We invite you to join us for this rare opportunity in March. Spaces are strictly limited!
RANZCR CPD points will be allocated for attendance at the 11th Biennial Paediatric Radiation Oncology Training Course.
