Australian Branches

The College has a branch in every state and territory in Australia except the Northern Territory, which is merged with the South Australian Branch. Each Branch is governed by a committee made up of at least five local Fellows and/or Life Members.

Awards and Prizes

College Honours

Every year RANZCR awards College Honours to Fellows who have made outstanding contributions to the College and the professions. Any member can put a colleague forward for a College Honour by submitting a nomination to their local Branch.

Branch of Origin Prize

Clinical radiology trainees are invited to take part in a Trainee Presentation Evening at their local branch, competing for the chance to present at the Branch of Origin session at the College’s Annual Scientific Meeting.

Queensland Branch Uhr Clarke Bursary

This bursary is awarded each year by the QLD branch to the most successful QLD Part 2 exam candidate in radiology and radiation oncology.
