The College offers funding for research projects and research publications, through various grants, prizes, awards and its own Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology (JMIIRO).

ePos
The Electronic Presentation Online System (EPOSTM) was developed in 2003 by the European Congress of Radiology (ECRTM) and remains a permanent online database of scientific and educational presentations. The RANZCR EPOS system was released as part of the 2010 ASM in Perth.
