Overview
The foci of the Training, Assessment and Accreditation team are:
- To implement, monitor and evaluate the new curricula in radiology and radiation oncology.
- To develop and implement uniform and defensible, selection, training, progression and assessment policies and processes for trainees.
- To review training site accreditation standards in line with curricula and training program structures and which support the further developmetn of training networks.
- To maximise trainees' exposure to all types of clinical practice.
- To support Directors of Training, Clinical Supervisors and Heads of Departments in the use of assessment tools and other educational resources.
- To provide educational resources that support the training programs of the College.
