Annual Scientific Meeting
The New Zealand Branch holds an Annual Scientific Meeting in late July/early August. An Annual Meeting of New Zealand members is held at this same time.
Every two years, an election is held of the New Zealand Committee to take office on 1 January the following year.
The Trainee Radiologists’ Group also holds a forum at the Annual Scientific Meeting. The morning of the first day of the Branch Annual Scientific Meeting is a dedicated trainee session with the invited speakers.
The meeting includes three awards:
Obex Radiology Registrar Award for Best Paper
New Zealand Radiology Education Trust Award for Best Proffered Paper
New Zealand Radiology Education Trust Award for Best Poster
The 2012 New Zealand Branch Annual Scientific Meeting wil be held on 20-22 July 2012 at the Millennium Hotel, Queenstown, New Zealand.
